1. How will these sample bags help you and your business?
Businesses in general thrive on sending samples and business cards directly to consumers, but usually half the time these small intangible items and business cards get thrown right into the garbage. As unfortunate as this is, we have come up with a sure fire way to get your businesses out there, heard of and seen, and most importantly into the hands of consumers, directly! However, even more than that your information will be prominently displayed on our site as well as into our sample bags! And we don't mean just a banner either! You will have a banner, your business name, url, and a small description of what you are selling whether it is a home- based business or your own, a direct sales business that you may be representing, or any type of business that is acceptable in order to send out to our consumers on your behalf! More you say? You got it! NOT only will you get the above, but you will also become part of our marketing campaign. What does this mean for you? This means as this site is heavily promoted with press releases, solo ads and more, YOU as the sponsor/advertiser will also get picked up by those lovely search engines and robots that index our site, and since we are SEO savvy we have the means and determination to get ALL OF US jumping for joy; earning all of us income and sales!

2. What types of samples must I send in to qualify?

The types of samples to send in must be real tangible items and not just business cards or fliers. In other words, if you want people to try out your items, or use them, then you must think logically. Sending in a business card with a mint on it, while very cute, is not what we are talking about. Put yourself in a consumers shoes for one moment and think of what you would like to have in your surprise bag of goodies!

Here are some ideas:

FOR WOMEN

• Tea-light and/or votive samples in different scents

• Small or mid-sized makeup samples

• Small or mid-sized lotion and/or bath and body samples

• Some notepads and matching pens (if you have them) will also be accepted as they can be used by anyone, but this will be limited to a certain amount per month

• Candy samplers - pre-packaged only, and or real candy bars, i.e. minis - with your candy wrappers

• Certain food samples (i.e. gourmet food companies that are already pre-packaged)

• Perfume samples

• Jewelry

• Tea/coffee samplers

• Lip balms

• Hair Accessories

• Soaps

• Business promotional materials, such as magnets, or creative items that can be used

FOR MEN

• Mini shampoos

• Cologne

• Aftershave

• Men's skincare

• Office Supplies

• Candy samplers

These are only some ideas of what will be accepted, but you get the idea!

3. What is the minimum amount of samples that I can send in?
The minimum amount of samples that will be accepted is 20 samples. So for example if you represent two direct sales businesses, we would like to receive at least 20 samples for EACH business. Not 10, and 10. Reason being is that you want us to be able to put in as many samples as possible for your businesses, and if you separate 20 samples as 10, and 10, that means that you will only have 10 of your samples per business in each bag. This is not the objective. The objective is to get YOUR samples in as many bags as possible, so that your name/business will be noticed! Remember that that more samples that you send in the more consumers you will be reaching.

4. Can my business cards be attached?
Absolutely, in fact it has to be. So for example, let's say you send in small sample perfumes, well who does it belong to? Therefore it is mandatory that your business card is attached to each and every item so that if a consumer tries out your product and adores it they know who to call!

5. Must I pre-package the samples that I send in to you?
Yes. We do ask that you pre-package items in either organza bags, cello bags or something similar in nature that is cost-effective for you. We do not require that each item be prepackaged in something very expensive, it should be as nice as possible but not over the top that it costs you a bundle. However, keep in mind that if you put your items in a beautifully wrapped up presentation package (each item that is) it WILL stand out. Again this is NOT mandatory for each item, but presentation plays an important role in how people view your business and your items, and you in general. Ask yourself this question: Would you like to receive a votive candle in a plain ziplock baggie, or would you prefer to receive it in a pretty cello bag wrapped up with some ribbon and tulle, with a business card attached? Makes sense doesn't it? However, again this is NOT MANDATORY, it is totally up to you on how you would like to send your items to us. However you send in your items to us, will be put into the sample bag as is.

6. What is the maximum amount of samples that I may send in?

You may send in as many as you want to. The more you send in, the more you will be advertised!

7. Do I qualify for certain incentives for participating in your advertising campaign?

Yes. If you send in at least 75 samples you qualify to receive your own FREE sample bag, as well as your banner, url, and business information on our site. So for example, if you send in 125 samples per one month you get two FREE sample bags of your own! The only thing that is required on free bags is a shipping fee since it is costly to send bags out, other than that the bag itself filled with items is free to you.

8. Who will these bags be advertised to?

Good question! Not only will The Sample Bag be advertised to other WAHMS, but also to a vast array of other avenues! Our mission is to get you sales, your businesses known, heard of and noticed! This means that our advertising campaigns will go through the roof with different avenues of advertising to everyone! In other words WAHMS, although wonderful in of itself, is not the only people we will be advertising to! There are untapped markets amongst us that are harder to get into, but we will and so will you!

9. Will I a be advertised anywhere other than in the sample bags?

Yes. As mentioned above you will be a part of our own advertising campaigns! To reiterate, your banner, name, business name, url and small description will be placed prominently on our site for all to view! If you keep sending us samples on a month-to-month basis your names will still be here! Thus we have The Sample Bag Representative program!

10. Do I receive any other incentives for referring other advertisers and/or buyers to partipate?

Yes. We will reward referrals in a few ways, and now because we are offering kits you also get rewarded on referrals who purchases a kit!

11. Does it cost anything to participate - Sending in your samples is free, what you are paying for is to be in the bag, on the site, and part of our huge advertising campaign!

Sign up fee for this program is $30.00 for one year! - Less than the cost of one newspaper ad for only one week at that!

12. Can I send in gift certificates
Yes you can. Minimum amount is at least $5.00 per gift certificate. Anything lower than that will make people shy away from even going to your site to look.

13. Can I include coupons with my samples and business cards?
Yes you can. Preferably inside your pre-packaged items, or on the flip side of your business card.

14. Unfortunately once you sign up to become a rep there are no refunds given for the sign up section of the site.  It is your job to be certain that you want to be here with us; however, we can tell you that we are a great group and team, there is no I in team!

1. What is in "The Sample Bag"? The Sample Bag will contain a vast array of different type of samples some small to mid-sized items that you can use at your leisure, give away, try out, etc. These samples will include items from direct-sales businesses, home-businesses, and the like. Each bag will contain roughly 25-30 samples, so it's a nice size and a large variety of items for one low fee!

2. Why should I purchase "The Sample Bag"? Are you the type of person who is always looking for new products to try out? Or how about a bargain hunter who would love to get a goodie bag full of items for one low fee? Is there more? Of course! What about just the sheer luxury of a pampering experience that you could get in your 25-30 item bag? Not to mention coupons that you can receive, and or gift certificates. So the answer to the question is really...why wouldn't you purchase The Sample Bag? I would love to get a goodie bag full of surprises, who doesn't love surprises! :-)

3. What is the difference between this and a general filler pack of sorts? Filler packs are a wonderful and unique system of getting businesses seen and heard of as well; however, filler packs are mostly made up of very small items, some coupons, and business cards, that is not to say it is bad, it is not, but with The Sample Bag, you are getting real tangible items (actual samples) along with business cards attached and coupons if offered by the advertiser. As a former filler pack member, it definitely can work, but the difference here is that not only are you getting a bag full of items, but they are also nicely sized, and you are not obligated to exchange filler packs in anyway.

4. What can I use these items for other than myself? Easy answer to this one. If you own your own business or represent a business, these items can be used as an additional customer appreciation of sorts. If you run contests, you can use these items as well. Have a down-line? The same applies. Do you make baskets or use bags for give giving? Use these items as fillers. Want to thank a special person, once again these items come in very handy, or keep all of these items for yourself and enjoy them! :-) The list is virtually endless on how you can benefit and use these items!

5. How can this help me in my own business, assuming it could that is? For the same reasons listed above, you can utilize these items to your advantage. To make matters even better, you could actually take 30 items and divide them into 6 lets say, so each person you would like to reward, will get 5 items, better yet, you have enough items for 6 contests at 5 items a piece, if you wanted to make it 10 items then it would be 3 contests! Secondly, not everyone is willing to send samples out just for the fun of it, samples, while they are not usually full-sized items still costs money to purchase and send. We want to know that you have received your items, we want to let our advertisers know it too, and we want consumers and advertisers to form a type of Networking that could possibly benefit everyone. Miscellaneous FAQ

1. How many bags will be shipped out a month? Depending on how many advertisers we have our goal at first is to ship out anywhere between 250 to 300 bags per month. Half being women themed bags and the other half being men's themed bags, but we will make adjustments as we go along.

Why men's items? Great question! The men's marketplace is virtually an untapped market, and much harder to get into; however, men love to try out new things and love samples too! This is an exceptional way to tap into the men's marketplace without spending a fortune to do so! So if you've ever thought about, or wanted to get into this market, now would be a great time to do so via TheSampleBag.com! Remember that these items make wonderful gifts too! Any man would love to get a goodie bag and try out new things!

Some Thoughts to Consider!

Since the sample bag is a dedicated direct-sales method of getting your items into the hands of consumers, think about this for one moment, if you were to purchase leads it would cost you double or triple in dollar value rather than sending us your samples to deliver into peoples hands. Even more than that, most likely three quarters of those leads, or even more are most likely worthless at that. If you were to write up a newspaper ad the same would apply. With The Sample Bag you can be certain that your items will be received by those who have purchased The Sample Bag, in which case you have a wonderful chance of gaining new leads and more sales, and not by chance either. Once you have committed to becoming an advertiser/sponsor and your items are received your name, business/link, banner and description will be prominently listed on this site; therefore, people will know what they are getting and will expect to receive your items.

On another note for advertising in general please note that our labels will be both on The Sample Bag, but also outside of the usps shipping box. This too will promote indirect advertising for everyone in general!

For those who purchase The Sample Bag, there are no forms to fill out, like other sites that offer free samples for example, only to submit a form and then you will be asked for a shipping and handling fee. There are also no catches to this, where you can receive samples only to find out you must subscribe to another paying service to receive something. Here you are receiving top of the line samples for one low fee. Probably the cost of one or two sign-ups after going through numerous surveys and ads, or one or two shipping and handling fees in order to get one lonely sample delivered to you. How many times have have we looked at something that we really liked and wanted to try it only to go through an hours worth of torture or more, to find out that we either have to sign up with their sponsor, and/or pay a shipping and handling fee for ONLY ONE SAMPLE AT THAT!
