Deadline to Receive Samples
The deadline to receive samples will always be by months end based on a February Calendar month. In other words we need to receive your samples by the 28th of every month which allows us to process and pack all shipments in a timely manner.
Dates When The Sample Bag Ships Out
Thus, if we receive your samples by the 28th of each calendar month
shipments will go
out between the 3rd
and 4th of the
following month.
Example: We have
received your
samples on January
28, 2008 that gives
us one week to
process, and pack
your items, and then
it would go right
out from that point.
If a holiday is in between this schedule, then we will let you know in advance of any adjustments. Holidays and special occasions do not always fall into place with the above schedule as planned, therefore, we will remind you, and post a notice to that effect. Again adjustments might be made as we go along, but we foresee no trouble in that department.
